Churn Prediction.

Spotting the customers who are leaving before they go.

Warns you early about customers who are drifting away, while there is still time to act, for any business with recurring customers.

The problem.

Customers leave quietly. The first anyone hears of it is the cancellation, and by then it's too late to ask why.

What this could look like.

We'd build an early-warning list of the signs a customer is slipping, like usage dropping, requests piling up, or invoices going unpaid, and a plain health status for every account, built from those signs. When an account starts to slip, an alert would tell its owner what changed. The system would flag the account and explain why, and a person would decide how to respond and reach out. Your team would start each check-in from facts about who might be unhappy.

What changes.

  • Warning in time.

You hear about a problem while there's still time to fix it.

  • Focus where it counts.

Attention goes to the accounts that need it.

  • Fewer surprises.

Cancellations stop coming out of nowhere.
