Phil founded and scaled a home remodeling company by recruiting people who shared his standards and integrating next-gen technology into the business as it grew. That hands-on operating experience is the same experience behind Tarsus's Launch service.
Phil helped found Tarsus and has been central to it ever since. He built out how the company operates internally, and he holds the team to that standard. He leads internal operations and works directly with Launch clients who haven't started a business yet.

Brandon brings a business development background from Semrush, one of SaaS's most recognized platforms.
At Tarsus, he leads revenue and customer success, owning the relationship from the first conversation through delivery.

Executive Admin
Rachel is the glue that keeps Tarsus running. She keeps every engagement organized, every deadline on track, and makes sure nothing slips through the cracks between the team and the people we work with.
She's also who you'll hear from most once a project is underway. Scheduling, updates, a quick question between calls: Rachel is the day-to-day contact for anything ongoing, so the rest of the team can stay heads-down on the work.
