What we need from you.

Modernization has a real cost, and it isn’t only money. Here’s what changes.

Change in routine
The rhythm of your team’s day changes. Different work, in a different order, at a different pace.
Change in the way you interact
With your team, your tools and your customers. The interactions don’t go away, but they will be different.
Change in infrastructure
The tools and systems underneath the work get connected, cleaned and replaced where needed.
Change in investment allocation
Money moves from manual labor and patchwork fixes to systems that compound.

OneTwentyOne Design & Build
Seven platforms, one written answer.
They needed

Marketing ran across seven platforms, all of them reporting accurately, none of them producing a decision. Someone had to open seven tabs and pull numbers into a sheet, so in practice nobody did and spend got allocated on instinct.

So we did

Audited the site against competitors, wrote the brief and the architecture, and built a prototype so the argument was visible instead of theoretical. Then the system underneath: one assistant that reaches all seven sources and produces a single monthly report in plain language, delivered where they already work.

And we saw

Two months of reports in: one month with top-of-funnel marketing, one without. The month with it drove a lot more traffic. Nobody could make that comparison before.
